The seminar "Men Talking to Men" on the role and responsibility of thirty men in combating gender based violence organized by UNFPA on 14-18 April 2010, in Tbilisi, brought together men of various age and profession. All of them had one thing in common. They are all committed to combat violence through speaking out the problem and encouraging other men to mobilize in action against violence.

The protection of human rights minorities is a serious challenge to the establishment of democracy both in transition societies and in the European Union. The representatives of the minorities usually lack awareness of their rights and, thus, are hardly able to protect their interests and rights. Meanwhile, unrecognized entities appear in the margin of regional integration processes and do not benefit from international development opportunities.

Over 340 representatives of public service institutions, including police officers, health professionals, municipal servants and local authorities, from all regions of Armenia and Yerevan participated in fifteen two-day trainings on Gender and GBV issues organized and conducted by ICHD.

Town Hall Meeting within ACE in Vayk

On January 30, 2024 ICHD organized the first Town Hall Meeting within ACE in Vayk consolidated community, comprising 17 rural and urban settlements, in close collaboration with the local government, "Solution Hub" NGO and their beneficiaries, active young people from the community.
